WINNING AS A TEAM IS LEADERSHIP: THE FPY FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT 2018, FUNAAB.  Winning as a team is one of those things that levitate your leadership dexterity. I have learnt a lot from the just concluded FPY  FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT 2018. How we started as individual players, the scoreline, how we later played as a team and won the trophy. People knew us as the best team with no coordination. I think that was what motivated our team to do more, even without the coach's presence. We started talking to ourselves as a team but not as individuals and we would always believe in prayers. The Christian prays and the Muslim also. We tried putting everything into equal arm.
