BE A GOOD INFLUENCE

BE A GOOD INFLUENCE, MENTION GREAT EXAMPLES.  Today I am so glad, and what gladdens my heart is that I have sown a seed of leadership in a potential leader of today since time immemorial. Back then when I used to teach him, he used to be a good listener, courageous, a question freak, always eager to know.  Today he has stepped up his flow more than what I expected from him and tremendously he has been doing very fine. -What can you say about somebody? -What can you do to be proud of in future? -How do you intend building a better society?  -What's your influence on people in your society, the youth and the adult?  -What's the level of your moral obligation towards protecting people's interest? This is Mr. Egalitarian (Ogunkayode Kabiru Olaitan) and Kayfactor ( Hammed Kayode Alabi ). The then student to teacher relationship has now turn public speakers relationship. He is now the founder/Ceo of Kayfactor Inspires media while I am the CE...

BELIEVE IN YOUR CAPABILITIES, BE EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT

🍒BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, BE EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT.  🙋🏽‍♂Believe in your capabilities and work on your dexterity. Whatever you know how to do best, please start doing it and build your capacity on it a lot. There's no time to be wasted thinking who's going to help you to achieve your dreams and goals in life.  ✊🏽Start from somewhere now, give it a try, make your choice and seek for wisdom, knowledge, strength to pull through, understanding and wealth from your creator. Everything in life needs prayers and committed hands. The more you get closer to your goals, the tougher the challenges you'll face. But with good preparation, you'll definitely reach the promise land.  🤷🏽‍♂Whatever you do in life to achieve your goals matters a lot. After knowing you've got something in you to keep you going, you must apply discipline and consistency. With discipline you'll learn how to be time conscious, smart, determined, well behaved, cultured, fearless and h...

EMPLOYMENT BEFORE EMPLOYMENT

THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX AS A STUDENT.  🎙It is high time we started thinking of *employment* before *employment* as students. Outside there, job is like a lost diamond. 🤷🏽‍♂Ask yourselves these questions? ☑What's your skill? ☑What can you offer? ☑How confident are you? ☑Can you take risk? ☑What's your level of discipline and consistency? ☑How proactive are you without supervision? ☑What's your leadership strength? 👌🏾All these and more! Let's not think within our locality but think outside the box to foster a developmental change in the society. We can do it together. 🤝🏽Anticipate the progressive movement forthcoming... I have the ability, capabilities, leadership values, dexterity and moral obligation to stand as the hope, to manage and maintain the wealth of the people, to reduce their stress, to make their hopes of a great dream come to pass, to bring the law of the constitution as regards the preamble which talks about...

WHERE IS YOUR PERSONALITY?

🍒STAND PROXY FOR WHAT IS RIGHT, DON'T CONFUSE MOVEMENT WITH PROGRESS✊🏽  Waking up in the morning, I thank God for grace, for existence, for bread, for family and friends. I thank God for my environment, my society, my country and me.  As a student, I try as much as possible to stand out, to defend my right anywhere, to defend my personality, to fight for what is rightfully mine. For whatever I want, I go for it. I work hard. Sometimes I don't sleep during the night. I write and rewrite and developed myself overtime and became an *Egalitarian.*  🤷🏽‍♂Can you defend your personality?  🤷🏽‍♂Can you lift your family, society and country?  🤷🏽‍♂What's the level of your moral obligation towards protecting the interest of people around you knowing they've lost hope?  ✊🏽Stand up and be the hope before all hope is lost, stand up and be the hope before abuse is absolutely inevitable, stand proxy for a person, a group and a nation, stand up...

LEARN HOW TO TOLERATE YOURSELVES

🤝🏽A SPEECH DELIVERED TO MY COLLEAGUES AT FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE ABEOKUTA  🤷🏽‍♂ 🍒I was invited to FUNAAB radio 89.5fm, the sound of abundance few weeks ago to discuss on the topic; Are the youths truly the leaders of tomorrow? 🎙As I was delivering my speech, a funaabite called the radio line and answered thus; *I don't believe the youth are the leaders of tomorrow because they're even the ones terrorising the world, they lack discipline and preach hatred, they also make politics look evil through their youthful evil acts.* I smiled. ☺  🤷🏽‍♂I later responded as follows; indeed, there are good people in youths and there are also bad people in youths. But you just have to trend the ways of the good because it will always triumph. The good and moral obligation driven youths will combat the evil ones and make success.  🙋🏽‍♂In addition to that; 🍒Behold are some of the honors I have gotten from the prestigious FUNAAB.... You can do more t...

YOUTHS, TOMORROW AND EXPECTATIONS

EVALUATING YOUR CAPABILITIES AT EVERY LEVEL...  Greatest Nigerian students! It is our duty to check ourselves and evaluate what had been done, what are we doing and what's yet to be done. Every student has a right to a constitutional question from the leaders and more. The question I have always asked is "why don't we make use of our available resources? why don't we give the chance and evaluate our own talents? Why do we always depend on resources from outside which may sometimes result into disappointment. Why? Ain't we confident about our own resources?  Articulate Nigerian students! If we can't be productive as youths, what is tomorrow expecting then? If we can't influence a decision to make a good nation, what's our pride? If we can not develop our capabilities through building capacities within our environments and foster developmental change in our youths, what is our stand to resource and equip with a view to building a better society....

ARE THE YOUTHS TRULY THE LEADERS OF TOMORROW?

FROM THE ANGLE OF A CONCERNED MALAWIAN... “We are told that Youth are the Leaders of Tomorrow. But when Does Tomorrow Start?” –Michelle Phiri (Malawi) I don't post someone's article on my blog, but seeing Michelle Phiri's post about youth and developmental change expected from them, I was moved to post her message to the youths. Read calmly about what she advocates; Michelle Grace Phiri is a 19-year-old university student from Malawi. She is also an active member of the Youth Action Movement (YAM) in her country, and advocate against Child Early and Forced Marriage (CEFM). IPPF Africa Region, which prioritizes youth engagement and empowerment, facilitated the participation of Michelle and other YAM members to attend activities around the 28th African Union Summit, which included the 9th AU Gender Pre-Summit and a Forum of African Parliamentarians on Population and Development (FPA) meeting in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The AU theme for this year is:  Harnessi...
