WHEN I LEAD, I LEAD WITH MY WHOLE.

My leadership prowess has been built over the years on a view to liberate servitude, letting every human believe in their respective capabilities and dexterity. If we have more potential leaders leading for greatness, Nigeria will be better than America, it begins with you, yes you, only if you believe.

The concept of leadership has been misunderstood in recent times. Some think it's a game of politics where power is gotten through elections. Some think it's a means of being superior among their contemporaries, while some also think it is controlling a set of people to do their biddings.

Well, the real concept of a good leadership dexterity is the ability of a leader to be able to serve people with absolute tenacity, humbleness, and pure mind. A leader gets a lot of unpleasant stains through bad expressions from followers with negative minds towards him.

Leaders have sacrificed a lot in early primitive days, now it's time for you followers to step up to be a leader and make sacrifices through empowerment. The youths need our support, encouragement and tutelage to compete with other great people outside there, the universe is a small place. Be a leader with absolute commitment and perseverance.

PONDER IT TWICE (ETHNICITY DELUDES).  it's a pity that some set of people are so much induced in #ethnicity, thereby making them weak in decision making.  Potentials and success know nothing about #ethnic behaviour, rather, they understand effectiveness and togetherness in making sure things are being done to levitate oneself in terms of #skills and #goals.  #Harnessing yourself in ethnic belief can also deprive you of a way forward in your career, and you may be regretting it in the end to have let it affected you.
