✌PONDER IT TWICE: DO ALL THINGS WITH LOVE

No matter what you've faced in life, either you've made it through the hard way or you're still in the race of struggle and hustle, either you've been trained by bitter people or you've gone through life's most challenging and difficult moments. Whatever you want to do in your own world, do it with love. 

People make a lot of mistakes today by saying that they've made it to their present position through such and such, and they're going to inflict the same tribulations on whosoever they train also, in all ramifications or fields precisely. A very good example is our various institutions where you'll have a devil in human form disciplinarian or sadist (commonly used by students), although, we have cool disciplinarian with quality food of thought. Talking about the sadist ones, people find these kind of persons so toxic that they hardly ask questions in classes he/she lectures. All they do is show signs of affirmation of taught due to immeasurable fear in them. Lord have mercy. 

Taking it to primary education, children get scared when they come in contact with their teachers, instead of the reverse case where they should be eager to see them. I will tell you something today, it is not all about the number of cane you inflict on lads, but the simplest way you could convince the lads around you is by relating with them freely. 

The thing we've failed to understand about this life is that we can't be the same when it comes to behavior, moral obligation, understanding, ideology, perseverance, patience and discipline.... and what have you. 

People have different ways of doing things, but does it mean you can't suppress many things and build a world full of love and knowledge? Yes, we might have been taught in the hard ways so to say, but we've got the diligence with good character to show them love and inculcate in the next generation a good leadership skill through ease of learning and fear free. 

I will say it again, for the fact that you've learnt through bitter ways in life doesn't mean you should impact with hardship. Make it easier for people,  that's why you've gotten it with hardship. With reference to technology we were using a desktop  computer system previously, but now we have laptops (easy to carry all around), tabloids, handroids, tablets, name it. All to make conveniency and ease of works. But these people learnt from desktop, the harder way and decided to make life easier for you with the love and passion they have for humanity. So whatever you do, do it absolutely with much love.
