WINNING AS A TEAM IS LEADERSHIP: THE FPY FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT 2018, FUNAAB. 

Winning as a team is one of those things that levitate your leadership dexterity. I have learnt a lot from the just concluded FPY  FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT 2018.
How we started as individual players, the scoreline, how we later played as a team and won the trophy. People knew us as the best team with no coordination.
I think that was what motivated our team to do more, even without the coach's presence. We started talking to ourselves as a team but not as individuals and we would always believe in prayers. The Christian prays and the Muslim also.

We tried putting everything into equal arm. I would say it was a wonderful FPY story line and it doesn't end here, many stories in future yet to be told....

I want to sincerely appreciate my teammates, especially the captain (Gideon) for staying firm during the struggle, it  was massive and interesting, winning with 4 goals in a final match with clean sheet is a record to be remembered for, dominating the field of pay from the very first half till the whistle decided otherwise in the second half, we were just calmed and reserved on the pitch. Wow, what a record, what a great team we made.

If we can work with our minds, dedicate our time, put in our best, strengthen our believe on the most beautiful gift we've been given by the creator of creations, we will create a lot of beneficial things for the now and future generations, and life will be suitable to live, even as little atomic our contributions might be.

PONDER IT TWICE (ETHNICITY DELUDES).  it's a pity that some set of people are so much induced in #ethnicity, thereby making them weak in decision making.  Potentials and success know nothing about #ethnic behaviour, rather, they understand effectiveness and togetherness in making sure things are being done to levitate oneself in terms of #skills and #goals.  #Harnessing yourself in ethnic belief can also deprive you of a way forward in your career, and you may be regretting it in the end to have let it affected you.
