BE A GOOD INFLUENCE, MENTION GREAT EXAMPLES.

Today I am so glad, and what gladdens my heart is that I have sown a seed of leadership in a potential leader of today since time immemorial. Back then when I used to teach him, he used to be a good listener, courageous, a question freak, always eager to know.

Today he has stepped up his flow more than what I expected from him and tremendously he has been doing very fine.

-What can you say about somebody?

-What can you do to be proud of in future?

-How do you intend building a better society?

-What's your influence on people in your society, the youth and the adult?

-What's the level of your moral obligation towards protecting people's interest?

This is Mr. Egalitarian (Ogunkayode Kabiru Olaitan) and Kayfactor (Hammed Kayode Alabi). The then student to teacher relationship has now turn public speakers relationship. He is now the founder/Ceo of Kayfactor Inspires media while I am the CEO of Mr. Egalitarian World Motivates media. How logical life could be funny on us.

If I had been told back then that it was going to be like this, I would have argued the assertion. But funny enough it came to pass. Surprisingly we both got invited to speak on behalf of Nigerian youths on several occasions in different radio stations respectively. What a story life has told about us. But sincerely, my happiness is that I was his teacher and now we align on the same path. Had it been I had trained him negatively, that's how we would have represent the nation in dirty pictures.

Thank you Hammed Kayode Alabi (Kayfactor) for pushing the leadership strength forward and pulling the strength in youths across the globe in terms of capacity building. Together, we are going to lift our nation through empowering the youths and foster better developmental change in our society, make history and control the corruptions emanating from any angle at all walks of life. Words can never be enough to express how happy I am today seeing you make progress and we having the same mindset on improving our society at large.

PONDER IT TWICE: CRISTIANO RONALDO IS A GREAT MENTOR. When we talk of leadership and mentorship, it doesn't end at academics, politics, entertainment and the likes. The world of sports, especially football has produced exceptional leaders across the continents. From Madeira, a Portuguese star, Cristiano Ronaldo Alveiro has demonstrated a great deal of leadership and mentorship with his indefatigable and astonishing performance in the world of football. This guy is amazing! Cr7 is a goal lord, a great example for hard work and commitment. In this guy I have learnt a lot of things viz; 1. Perseverance. 2. Commitment. 3. Courage. 4. Confidence. 9. Beliefs. 6. Competence. 7. Consistency. 8. Focus. 9. Determination and 10. Drive... Among others. When asked 3 years ago about the time he would stop football he said; when I can no longer play again. At age 33 he still scores 14 champions league goals in 9 champions league matches. GET DIRTY, HAVE CLUES.

PONDER IT TWICE: GET DIRTY, HAVE CLUES. In agriculture there is no such thing like "I am a clean dude" I can't carry anything. You just have to carry things with your head since you have no other alternatives as a subsistence agricultural farmer. But that doesn't mean you can't also look for other means to make it simple, such as using wheel barrow or other easier means. The harvested crops just have to get to its destination for processing. It was ethic at first while in the bush trying to harvest cassava, but when it got to an extent I had to behave like a real farmer. We are practicing subsistence agriculture for now anyway, but commercial means of farming is on its way... Get dirty to get ideas, practical skills and exposure rather than getting clean to be clueless on the field.
