📌Greatest Nigerian Students! No matter what I think I have known, experienced, done and managed throughout my previous years in life most adventurous challenges, it is still like a mirage. No matter what a man had learnt in life struggle, he is still a learner in another environment entirely. What I envisaged, practiced and cultured might be old fashioned in the next few minutes, because the world is rapidly changing every nanoseconds at all walks of life.

📌Articulate Nigerian Youths! The need to empower ourselves, the need to see beyond fear, the expectation from our youthful capabilities in terms of positivity is highly important in our era, a generation tagged as confused. The question is, are we really confused? The grassroot of great leadership should begin from here, yes here, right from school, the quest for greatness and implementation should have its path creating paths for the coming generation just like in other institutions across and within.

📌Gallant Nigerian Students! My principle is based on togetherness. Togetherness among my contemporaries, they're all invaluable, they're all outstanding, they're all fantastic people with vision and way forward to a developmental change. We need to work hand in hand to achieve our aims, nobody is an island of knowledge. A copacetic performance can only be done if we see ourselves as one, a community, we will cross all bridges. It seems confusing when a person handles it but clearly and well executed when two or more face it.

📌Invaluable Nigerian Students! Mr. Egalitarian is here to serve, he's not here to rule, he's here to implement but not to talk only. When all hope is lost, abuse is definitely inevitable. I am a symbol of hope with confidence, absolute transparency with the ability to work under pressure without supervision.

There's one thing that is sure in this life, consistency can never be underrated, even if it is just selling some few commodities, with consistency you can go places. Dream big, follow your instinct, believe in yourself and pray in your way, so far you're talking to the one God. This is just the result of consistency, yet, I have a lot to learn. Like I would always say; hard work works, working really hard is what successful people do. PONDER IT TWICE: CRISTIANO RONALDO IS A GREAT MENTOR. When we talk of leadership and mentorship, it doesn't end at academics, politics, entertainment and the likes. The world of sports, especially football has produced exceptional leaders across the continents. From Madeira, a Portuguese star, Cristiano Ronaldo Alveiro has demonstrated a great deal of leadership and mentorship with his indefatigable and astonishing performance in the world of football. This guy is amazing! Cr7 is a goal lord, a great example for hard work and commitment. In this guy I have learnt a lot of things viz; 1. Perseverance. 2. Commitment. 3. Courage. 4. Confidence. 9. Beliefs. 6. Competence. 7. Consistency. 8. Focus. 9. Determination and 10. Drive... Among others. When asked 3 years ago about the time he would stop football he said; when I can no longer play again. At age 33 he still scores 14 champions league goals in 9 champions league matches. He has demonstrated a go

GET DIRTY, HAVE CLUES.

PONDER IT TWICE: GET DIRTY, HAVE CLUES. In agriculture there is no such thing like "I am a clean dude" I can't carry anything. You just have to carry things with your head since you have no other alternatives as a subsistence agricultural farmer. But that doesn't mean you can't also look for other means to make it simple, such as using wheel barrow or other easier means. The harvested crops just have to get to its destination for processing. It was ethic at first while in the bush trying to harvest cassava, but when it got to an extent I had to behave like a real farmer. We are practicing subsistence agriculture for now anyway, but commercial means of farming is on its way... Get dirty to get ideas, practical skills and exposure rather than getting clean to be clueless on the field.
