PONDER IT TWICE (ETHNICITY DELUDES).  it's a pity that some set of people are so much induced in #ethnicity, thereby making them weak in decision making.  Potentials and success know nothing about #ethnic behaviour, rather, they understand effectiveness and togetherness in making sure things are being done to levitate oneself in terms of #skills and #goals.  #Harnessing yourself in ethnic belief can also deprive you of a way forward in your career, and you may be regretting it in the end to have let it affected you. The belief of our ancestors in the primitive days immemorial is not so much applicable in the modern world.
